With ten years of experience, Aileen keeps students motivated with upbeat music and her own style of unbridled enthusiasm. Aileen is unpredictable, high-energy, and always in great spirits. Her classes are crafted to challenge riders physically and inspire them to achieve greatness both on and off the bike. 

SPIN® Class

Involves a 45 minute ride on a stationary bike. During the duration of a SPIN® class, a rider should anticipate a mix of fast-pace sprints, pounding jumps and epic hills, all timed to the beat of the music. A SPIN® class is a great cardiovascular workout that builds endurance and strength at the same time. 

Level: Beginners to Experts. Each rider caters their individual ride to their own needs.

In a typical 45-minute spinning class, participants can expect to burn 300 to 600 calories while strengthening their lower bodies. Join Aileen for a SPIN® ride that delivers results.
