A highly experienced fitness professional, Al Calogero has thirty years' experience working with both high school and college athletes. He also has gained experience from his role as the original owner of The Fitness Mill.

A local fitness icon, Al's Bootcamp welcomes people of all ages and fitness experience levels. His bootcamp has become legendary in the Utica area. It incorporates full body movements with biking and weight lifting to garner better results than any program or plan could offer. Just be sure to bring him some food after class!
