Approximately 50-minute class consisting of mid to high intensity body weight training, blending both interval and strength exercises. This class consists of plenty of cardio, weights and abs to get an extra high calorie burn which will push you to the max. You’ll never get the same class twice!

Power Pedal
Time flies through this unique 50-minute class consisting of a combination of indoor cycling, and cardio, weights and abs off the bike. This class is a whole-body workout. Bring your sweat towel,you’ll need it!
