Dan has been a Health and Fitness Staple in the Central New York area for over 2 decades. In that time gaining popularity in the Commercial end as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, and in the Medical end as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Dan is most known for creating his own fitness brand called ReVolt, since 2010 he has been using that platform to create programs such as ReVolt, ReVolt Strength, Guts Butts and Thighs, and many others.

Other than his professional life, Dan loves spending time with his Wife, 2 sons and the rest of his other family and friends.

 − 2003 Graduate of Mohawk Valley Community College, Associates in Psychology and Social Sciences

 − 2003 Became Certified Personal Trainer through American Council of Exercise

 − 2005 Graduated from Herkimer County Community College AAS Physical Therapist Assistant

 − 2010 Graduated Utica College (University) with B.S. Health Studies

 − 2011 Certified Health and Fitness Specialist through American College of Sports Medicine

 − 2012 Certified Orthopedic Exercise Specialist through American Council of Exercise

 − 2012 Certified Group Exercise Leadership Specialist though American Council of Exercise

 − 2013 Certified Exercise Physiologist though American College of Sports Medicine

 − 2016 Certified Titleist Performance Institute Medical Golf Instructor

 − 2021 Certified Stretch and Flexibility Coach though National Academy of Sports Medicine

Dan Teaches at the Fitness Mill on Sunday's 11 am (Revolt Strength), Tuesdays 6:30 PM (Guts Butts and Thighs), and Thursdays at 6:30 pm (Revolt Strength).
