Logan has always loved yoga since she was younger, with the dream of being a certified yoga teacher one day - so she did it! She has a strong interest in health & wellness, being creative, and the connection between the body, mind and spirit. As a biomedical engineer full time, Logan has a deep understanding of the body and its mechanics, which translates into a thoughtful and informed approach to teaching yoga.
