SAMANTHA Sanchez

My name is Samantha Sanchez but people call me Buchii! I am a Spanish-speaking woman of Dominican descent . Born and raised in The Bronx, NYC. I moved to Utica NY with my husband 8 years ago and is passionate about helping and serving the community. I have an AA degree in Human Services and Social Science and became a ZIN™ (Zumba Instructor) Member during the pandemic in October of 2021 because I saw a need for Latin and well-cultured genres in the area. I am currently licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Kids + Kids Junior, and Rhythms 3 (Hip Hop, Afro Beats, Brazilian Funk, Bhangra). I absolutely love teaching my Zumba classes. It has cured my anxiety and kept me feeling purposeful . Why take my class? The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party!
