I’ve been teaching indoor cycling for more than 15 years, and I absolutely love it! My philosophy is simple: never underestimate the power of a good workout to melt away the stress of the day. Certified in Les Mills in 2010, I’ve since had the joy of introducing countless riders to spinning—many of whom quickly became hooked! Watching people’s health and confidence flourish is the best part of what I do. Around here, we call cycling our Fountain of Youth.
My class is a fun, low-impact group workout where you control the intensity. In just 45 minutes, you can burn major calories while enjoying great music and the energy of the group spinning as one. Together, we’ll go on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat roads for a well-balanced workout that builds cardio endurance and lower body strength. All fitness levels are welcome!
